Enrollment

Olivelands School is pre-enrolling new TK - 4th grade students for the 2025-2026 school year.

Age requirements for TK & K for the 2025 -2026  Academic School Year:

  • Transitional Kindergarten (TK) ~ Students must turn 4 years of age by September 1, 2025

  • Kindergarten (K) ~ Students must turn 5 years of age by September 1, 2025

For new TK and Kindergarten Students, please schedule your child’s immunization appointment with your doctor this summer. Proof of immunization is required before the first day of school. A physical examination and oral health assessment are also needed. Verification forms can be downloaded below.

Complete all the steps below for Enrollment:

Step #1: Pre-Enrollment 

Click on the link above to fill out the pre-enrollment form. You can ADD multiple children in one submission. Once you fill out all sections, you will submit the information in the program. You will need a personal email address and account to complete.

Step #2: Residency Questionnaire

Click on your preferred language to complete the residency questionnaire form. YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER ONE FOR EACH CHILD.

*Supporting documents must be dated within 30 days and have the parent/guardians’ name*

Accepted Proofs of Residency: Gas, Water, Electric, Telephone, Cable Bill, Rental or Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Drivers’ License or Government ID, Pay Stub, Bank Statement, Government Agency Correspondence, or Credit Card Statement.

Step #3: Required Documents

The following documents need to be submitted to the School Secretary by email (senriquez@briggsesd.org), fax (805-933-1111), or by making an appointment (805-933-2254) to drop off:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Two Proofs of Address (Residency Verification)

  • TK & K students only: Immunization record, Student Health Records (Physical), and Oral Health Records (Dental).

  • Additional Forms

Step #4: Confirmation

After you complete steps 1, 2, and 3 and submit the required documents, the school secretary will contact you with the next steps. This applies only to students registering for the current school year.

Call the school secretary at the numbers below and leave a message to schedule an appointment if you cannot complete the process independently.
